Prices are per person and per day, and the tourist tax 2,10 € per day & person must be added to the prices indicated.

Information about prices

Meals not consumed as part of half-board will not be deducted from the price.

A surcharge of € 15.00 per person and day will be charged for stays less than 3 nights.

On the day of arrival the room is available from 1 pm onwards; CHECK IN FROM 1 PM - 6 PM!!

On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 am. Please inform us by phone if the arrival is after 6 pm.

Supplement for single room (in double room) per day: +40.00 Euro.

Supplement for a stay of 1 night € 4,00 per person

Discounts for children

In room with parents: 0 - 1,99 years 100%, 2 - 3,99 years 80%, 4 - 7,99 years 50%, 8 - 11,99 years 20%, 12 - 13,99 years 10%, cot for children € 6.00 per day

Holidays with pets

Your dog is welcome! Price per day 15.00 Euro (without food).

Max. 20kg e 1 dog in one room.

It’s good to know that ...

Please note that your booking will be binding for us from the moment you have paid, within 10 days, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay by bank transfer or credit card, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. After receiving the deposit, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Up to 3 months before the scheduled arrival, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge, but after that we keep the deposit, which may not be applied to a later stay.

Cancellation

We only accept cancellations of bookings made in writing. In case of cancellation, the following penalty costs will be charged: More than 3 months before arrival - no charge, 3 months to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the booking value, 1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the booking value. In the last week before arrival - 90% of the booking value.

Cancellation insurance

In case of late arrival or early departure, the full duration of the booking will be charged. To avoid these expenses, we suggest you take out our travel cancellation insurance.
